I wanted to make Halloween cards for my grandchildren but could not find the new cart Mini Monsters anywhere in the stores around here.  I got out Paper Doll Dress Up to make four cards.  I found a ghost skeleton spider and witch and even a mummy.  There are many more on this cart.  I just love it.  Seems I always seem to find what a need on this cart I used the words Peek a Boo  ooooooooooo and folded the card to reveal the skeleton and ghost.
My youngest grand daughter loves to play Peek a Boo and she told  me the other day that she was not afraid of ghosts because they were not real.  I can't wait to show her this card.  I got the idea from Mary on cardztv.

Thank you

This card was made with Gina K Designs Fall stamp kit.  You will also need Spellbinders dies and some Versa Ink and fall colors from stampin up.  I used Gina K's idea ( stamptv.com ) to make this card for my Mom . Mom  is always so kind and generous to make others lives so much nicer.

Fall Anniversary

This card was made with stamp from Gina K Designs and paper and ribbon from the Fall Kit.  Colored with copic markers.

Holy Eucharist

I made this card for a young man who gave a talk on the Holy Eucharist for a retreat at out parish.
The paper was embossed on two of the papers used. I used Spellbinders die cut to make the purple colored paper.
I used yellow paper for the chalice and then used Versa Ink Pad and fine gold embossing powder to make the chalice gold.  I used some SU  dazzaling diamond glitter to put a cross on the chalice.

Valentine's Day

I made this card for a Stampin' Up card exchange.  All of the products used were  from Stampin' Up.

Congratulations Marie

This little card was cut from a rectangle piece of card stock. Then I used Cuttlebug folder swiss dot to emboss.  I used Martha Stewart punch to make the eyelet on the dress and used a circle punch and scolopped punch to make the neckline. My sister helped me to make 50 of these for her daughter's baby shower invitation.

Congratulations Erica

This card was made as a wedding shower invitation for my new niece Erica.  I used Sissix Die cut on my Big Shot and used some Copic marker on the handle.  I punched the little butterflies from a flower punch with five petals and cut off one the the petals. I used a Cuttlebug folder to make the green back ground paper.  I outlined the ribs of the umbrella with Viva Decor Glitter liner..  I also used the Cricut swiss dots for the under layer of the umbrella.  Family members helped me make 50 of these cards. We had a pizza party.  It is always more fun to do these type cards with friends. There are so many steps and it goes faster if you set up an assembly line.  LOL.

New Posts

I am not really sure why some of my cards get so big while others are normal size.  I am experimenting with all of this and not sure how to start .  My husband has been bugging me forever to take pictures of the cards that I make.  I have been into crafting since I was in high school and got into cards making a couple of years ago when I discovered I could use my scrap booking supplies to make cards.
I had all of my stuff in the closet in our home and then I got tired of trying to put it all away when someone came to visit ....so I have now taken over one of our guest rooms as my crafting room.
I still do scrap booking but have not been making silk flower arrangements or decorating cakes lately.
The cards I have posted are cards I made in the past few months but I the future I will list the products and supplies I used to make the cards.  Thanks for visiting my blog.
